We collect account details you provide (such as email address), task data you enter into MyWeekBoard, usage data needed to operate the product, and billing details when you enable paid features.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, store and sync tasks across devices, deliver AI features you turn on, provide customer support, and improve reliability of the service.

Third-party processors

We rely on trusted partners to run MyWeekBoard: Firebase Authentication for login, Google Cloud for hosting, OpenAI to process BoardBot requests when you use AI features, and Stripe for billing when subscriptions are enabled.

Data retention

We retain account and task data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data by clearing tasks or closing your account, and we will remove it from active systems within a reasonable period.
